Insurance
I currently accept Aetna, CareFirst, BlueCross BlueShield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, and Quest Behavioral Health for individual therapy and therapy for athletes. Please verify your benefits directly with your insurance provider to confirm coverage and copay amounts before scheduling.
Private Pay: For clients who prefer not to use insurance (e.g., HMO restrictions, high deductible, or privacy concerns), a valid credit card is required at scheduling and must be kept on file for ongoing services, no-shows, or late cancellations.
Out-of-network clients can request a superbill for reimbursement.
Note: Mental performance sessions, leadership coaching, team workshops, and trainings are private pay only and not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
Payment & Policies
- Payment Methods: All major credit and debit cards accepted. Payment is required at booking.
- Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid charges. Arrivals later than 15 minutes or missed appointments will incur the full session fee.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for any session or program before starting services. This ensures transparency so you know the expected costs in advance.
